Allen Paul Weaver III has worked with youth in various capacities since 1997.  He is a graduate of Bethune-Cookman University; holding a BA. degree in Speech/Mass Communications.  He is also a graduate of Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School; holding an MDiv. degree in theology.

Allen has published two books: Transition: Breaking Through the Barriers , an anthology chronicling his journey from adolescence to adulthood; and the teen fiction novel Speedsuit Powers .

Currently , Allen works for The American Bible Society; is a founding member of the African Initiative Mission Foundation; and owns a creative content development company.  To date, Allen has traveled to seven African countries, Europe and China.

As a speaker/teacher at retreats and workshops for youth, men and women, Allen seeks to help mentor others towards their destiny. He believes that “we all have a significant and unique story from which others can learn.”  Allen enjoys drawing, producing short films, vertical wind tunnel flying, innovating new ideas with his brother and traveling with his wife.
